Retrofitted large Standby Generator Systems for the top national Natural Gas Transport Company and their Financial Trading Center located in Houston.

• Designed, provided equipment, and supervised installation of:

  • Two (2) 1.75 MW Diesel Generator Sets

  • One (1) 1.25 MW Diesel Generator Set

  • Seventeen (17) Automatic Transfer Switches (150 amp – 2500 amp)

  • 300 KVA HOT SYNC Parallel UPS System

Replaced existing 1500 KVA UPS and Battery System with a 2000 KVA UPS and Battery System for the top national Natural Gas Transport Company and their Data Center located in Houston.

• Designed, provided equipment, and supervised installation of:

  • Parallel Redundant 2000 KVA UPS system

  • Core System 1350 KW expandable to 1800 KW

• Assisted with design of the new Data Center power support system, including:

  • Twenty (20) 100 KVA Power Distribution Units (Side A, Side Be system)

Replaced and installed UPS Systems for Space Center in Clear Lake.

• Push/Pull Projects for:

  • Two (2) separate systems consisting of one (1) 500 KVA Single Module R/T UPS system with four (4) parallel batter strings per UPS Module.

Received the Group Achievement Award by the STS-117 crew of astronauts and Space Center flight directors for “technical expertise in management of the Uninterruptible Power Supply failure on a critical MCC power bus prior to the launch of STS-117” which ensured a successful launch.

Designed and supervised installation of two (2) 120’ High Mast Lightning Protection Poles for a national Polypropylene Manufacturing Facility site in Pasadena.

• Designed a Lightning Collection and Energy Redirection System for two critical areas of the plant.

  • Included soil testing, excavation, drill shaft cage and concrete pour, Lightning Pole Erection

  • IMPORTANT NOTE – Since installation, all lightning strikes have been collected and grounded, resulting in NO downed production time.

Replaced several Life Safety Equipment, including Diesel Fire Water Pump Drivers and Controllers, UPS and associate Switchgear or boards, and battery installation for a lead national natural gas pipelines and well-known Energy Infrastructure Company located in Houston.

• 2021 - UPS replacement of two (2) 150 KVA R/T Systems, including 160 VRLA Batteries, four (4) strings

• 2022 - UPS replacement of two (2) 150 KVA R/T Systems, including 160 VRLA Batteries, four (4) strings

Replaced a Cummins 250 HP Diesel Engine Driven Fire Pump Driver for a national Polypropylene Manufacturing Facility plant site in Pasadena.

Replaced UPS batteries (320 C&D Model UPS 6-620) for a Space Agency training facility located in Clear Lake. Turnkey – remove, recycle, provide and install.

Conducted multiple annual Load Bank Tests utilizing a 2 Mega Watt Trailer Mounted Resistive Load Bank and associated DLO Cables at three different customer sites for four generators.
